The manpower has been handpicked and professionally trained to render detailed attention at all levels of operation at GCT. There is a dedicated Information Centre for the Customs House Agents; with export customers having access to it on demand. 

Exporters can have their Customs documentation process with DEPB facility. Electronic Data Interchange facility (EDI) will be made available shortly at the same Terminal and Customs personnel, during office hours or on OT hours, will aid Exporters in the supervision of both stuffing of cargo and processing of papers.

A sophisticated on line tracking system will soon be in place to help both exporters and importers. A website is being developed for the purpose whereby customers can establish communication directly with the Terminal and gather updates on their cargo movement round the clock.
